Master Vernon Low was in Perth recently, and examined three candidates for promotion to the rank of 1st Dan black belt. Upon successful completion of the various components required, including breaking, sparring, patterns, and self-defence, Master Low personally promoted the candidates into the First Tae Kwon Do black belt ranks.
Congratulations to all newly-promoted black belt members, and of course their instructors who have guided them to this stage in their martial art training.
