Master Vernon Low examined FTKD WA members earlier this month, and apart from the coloured belt promotions, we saw a Junior Black Belt, 1st Dan Black Belt, and 2nd Dan Black Belt promotion. While I was not there to shoot the black belt gradings, there was plenty of action through the rest of the day.
